La Casa Collina it's a Tuscan cottage located in a very small village which was a former convent and the whole place is steeped in atmosphere. The house has been recently and tastefully restored to provide comfortable holiday accommodation in an idyllic setting. There are extensive and spectacular views from the terrace and there is nothing which spoils the endless vista of the Tuscan countryside.

At La Casa Collina the cottage provides two bedrooms which are newly furnished in Tuscan style, with wrought iron and chestnut furniture. There is a possibility of two further beds in the sitting room which leads out onto the terrace which has the advantage of table and chairs for ‘al fresco’ dining. A car would be considered very desirable in order to fully exploit all that the area has to offer.

La Casa Collina has one newly completed bathroom with wash hand basin, shower cubicle and WC. The kitchen is large with more than adequate space for a dining table and 6 chairs. There is a full range of new kitchen units, with fridge, microwave, built in full size oven and four-burner hob. This together with extensive work surface makes the kitchen a perfect place to cook ‘Italian meals’. Perhaps the most imposing feature of this living kitchen is the huge ancient Tuscan stone fireplace.

There is no swimming pool, but there is a river nearby which offers many opportunities to bathe in the clean, boulder strewn water.
