We are constantly looking for ways to improve DeiMori La Massa and this season we are delighted to announce the completion of our own 'wellness centre' with an excellently equipped gymnasium with aerobic, free weights and exercise programmes.

The windows look out onto the la Massa grounds and we have tried to bring 'high tech' to the Tuscan countryside.

We love the stone, steel, wrought iron, and glass interior and the special ceramic floor gives a great base for those exercise sessions.

There is a small changing area with shower and this is particularly useful after you have used our private sauna which gives a choice of bio-sauna – that is a steam based bathing experience, conventional dry Finnish sauna or an infra-red muscle soothing therapy.

We are very excited with this new facility, we enjoy trying to regain the fitness of 'our younger days' and hope that you will appreciate this very special new facility which is so rare in a private holiday home, being more usual on a 'complex' with many rental units all sharing the same facilities.

Couple this with our outdoor spa-pool and you have a great vacation experience when you can resolve to return home refreshed and invigorated both mentally and physically.
